I have an existing Facebook page, can I use your product?
A:
YES - Our product offers you a way to customize your existing Facebook pages as well as new ones that you create.

A:

Can I insert a second video or another element into my page that is not included in the template I am using?
A:
The templates are static and there is no way to add any additional elements to what is already there.
Q:
Is there ever any way to go back and edit a template I created?
A:
Yes- when you create new pages, they are saved and you can access them in the left sidebar.
Q:
Why does my page look different on Facebook than it does when I preview it?
A:
Facebook has their own style sheets that determine some styles that we have no way of controlling and some elements may look a bit differently.

What's the recommended browser to use with FanPageEngine.
A:
Chrome is the best browser to use to edit your pages. Mostly because it's the browser we develop in and its also the most stable with Facebook.

Can I create pages for clients?
A:
To create pages for clients, we require you to upgrade your account with a developer license. The developer license upgrade gives you the license to create pages for clients and removes the FanPageEngine logo from the bottom of the pages so you can add your own information there. To upgrade, log into your FanPageEngine account and click on Account Info and then click the Developer license upgrade link.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

How do I edit or resize my photos and images?
A:
There is a good service online called
FotoFlexer.com where you can upload your images to and edit them almost like in Photoshop.
Q:
Why are my pages not showing up?
A:
Because you either logged into Facebook as a page or switched to using Facebook as a page while logged into your FanPageEngine account. Solution:Log out of your FanPageEngine account and then make sure you are using Facebook as your personal profile and not as one of your pages. Then log out of Facebook and clear the cache on your browser. This should clear the active sessions from your browser and allow our system to reconnect to your Facebook personal profile once you log back in. Reason:The way Facebook is setup their system you must connect to your personal profile in order to have access to your pages and the pages that you admin.
Q:
As a Developer can I work with others on a project?
A:
No is the best answer to this question... With that being said you could share your FanPageEngine and Facebook personal profile information (making them an admin would not work) with others so that you could all work on the same pages (Not at the same time). However this is not recommended as there are no safe guards to protect your pages from unwanted changes or deletion. You would also have to give out your Facebook account information which is also not recommended. We strongly suggest that you do not share your account information and if you do, you do so at your own risk and the risk of all of your client's pages.

FanPageEngine is not for me. Can I cancel my account and get a refund?
A:
Products purchased on-line through our website are considered opened at the time of purchase. This means that we cannot offer refunds once the purchase has been made as you are given instant access to our proprietary platform.
